I maybe might've overdone the bubbles.
But I wanted a romantic bubble background like you see in anime all the time. The background is not mine btw I found it on Google images and pasted it on as a New Layer. I suck at backgrounds. 
Anyways, this is one of my birthday gifts for the one and only
I still think Rosante is the HOTTEST SEXIEST Rolf pairing out there, lol. It's actually my OTP but I prolly don't draw it enough. Mainly cuz I'm a little jealous of Rolf. Haha just kidding! Or am I? *cough cough*</s>
*clears throat* Anyways, this was meant to be innocent and cute and ended up becoming a little steamy, I'm so bad.
If it's too hard to tell it is Rolf from Ed Edd n' Eddy with my BFF Asante, and although she will kill me for shipping her with him I can't help it. 
THEY'RE JUST SO PERFECT TOGETHER
First of all, they are both immigrants from a foreign country (he's from Europe and she's from India), they speak in smexy accents, rawr 
AND they both were born and raised on a farm. The list goes and on but seriously these two are so much alike. Forgive me Asante but you look soooo adorable with him! I really think Rolf would love your guts irl. 
You may disagree, so go ahead and throw tomataoes at my head. >__< *ducks from flying tomatoes*

I still don't get why you ship me with him. This would NEVER happen. And I'll be honest, I prefer Rolf with Ezeke but regardless, this is still beautiful. There must be a Boomerang somewhere because in reality, we would be strangling each other's throats.
Um....not sure what's going on in Rolf's pants though, I hope it's just wrinkles in his clothes. Please tell me it is. O_o
